The Lower and The Upper – Parisa Fahami

The lower and the upper
During the path of life, humans with their accumulated layers of traditional beliefs, experience the everchanging modern life. Adopting these changes results in the creation of new layers on top of the existed ones. Although these new modern layers look charming from a distance, they are unstable and easy to collapse in nature, similar to vulnerable shells close to the upper layers. Humans, tend to either cover the lower layers and keep themselves away from the satisfying act of discovering, or hide behind the lower layers due to their fears. It is like these new layers have not changed anything significantly, and the modern human is the old traditional human with a fake stable touch of modern life.
