Neda Jalili ۳۱th Jul to 7th Aug 2020 Statement Paintings of Neda jalili emphasize the boarders, Earth layers, and the waste of water resources in Iran. She paints dried wetlands and lakes of Iran with great sensitivity and portrays the flamingos and fishes lost due to dehydration in a uniquely different way. These paintings are conceptual and map-like on the one hand, and provide a modern, eye-catching, and creative view of environmental concerns on the other hand. Both these qualities help us reflect further upon what we are doing to the earth, soil, and water. Behnam Kamrani
