{Iran’s first idea-oriented call}
The fifth edition of the Vista Contemporary Art Award, like the previous editions, tries to provide conditions for the introduction and implementation of superior ideas and works by emphasizing the evaluation of modern art ideas. Being idea-oriented and giving importance to the mechanisms and process of creation in today’s art is the goal pursued by this award regardless of the media or aesthetic aspects. Participants after presenting their written plan and proposal; which includes criteria such as a correct understanding of today’s art conditions, theoretical values, practicality and cultural potentials, if accepted in the selected list, they must be able to justify their plans for implementation. The subject is free in this course and curatorial projects are also possible.
